• Social Security Assistant:
  • Candidates must undergo a Skill Test to evaluate their speed and accuracy in Data Entry Work.
  • The Skill Test will be computer-based.
  • Candidates must achieve a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi.
  • Typing at a speed of 35 words per minute or 30 words per minute corresponds to 10500 Key Depressions Per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH, with an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work.
• Stenographer:
  • Dictation: Ten minutes at a rate of eighty words per minute (Dictation will be computer-based).
  • Transcription: Fifty minutes (English) / Sixty-five minutes (Hindi), solely on the computer.
