There are a total of 103770 vacant posts in the state from Principal to Third Grade.

In which out of total sanctioned posts of 23484, 10 770 posts are still vacant.

Due to which, it seems to be a big problem in the new academic session.

New problem in new academic session

A total of 103770 posts are lying vacant in government schools in Rajasthan,

Due to which a new problem is arising in the new education sector.

The new session in the schools of the state has started from Wednesday.

Meanwhile, children have started taking admission in schools.

But this shortage of teachers has become a major hurdle in enrollment in government schools.

The total sanctioned posts from Principal to Third Grade in the states are 283484 posts,

Out of which 103770 posts are lying vacant.

Due to indirect vacancies, it is certain that along with enrollment, children's education will also be affected.

And the unemployed union of teacher organizations has raised a demand for DPC and new recruitment.

New recruitment should be done from DPC

This problem of shortage of teachers in government schools in the new academic session can be solved through DPC and new recruitment process.

At present, in the Education Department, two sessions of promotion of Vice Principal to Principal and four sessions of promotion of Lecturers and Senior Teachers are said to be pending.

And after completing them, the government can provide relief to the shortage of teachers in schools by not filling the vacant third grade posts.

There are so many vacant posts in the total sanctioned posts in the government schools of Rajasthan, the details of which are as follows:-

A total of 17153 posts of Principals have been approved in government schools in Rajasthan, out of which 6041 posts are vacant.

Whereas 12414 posts of Vice Principal have been sanctioned while 11227 posts are lying vacant.

And 55081 posts of lecturer have been approved out of which 21121 posts are vacant.

Out of 85468 posts of senior teachers, 33104 posts are lying vacant.

Out of 98446 posts of third grade teacher, 29272 posts are still vacant.

Out of 4029 posts of Second Grade Teacher, 2110 posts are vacant and for Teacher Third Grade, 1895 posts out of 10000 893 are vacant.

Including this, out of total 283484 posts, 103770 posts are still vacant which is creating a new problem.

A shortage of teachers in the new academic session can create a huge problem.
