🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

To apply for Stenographer Grade-III, applicants must meet the following educational criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
  • Computer proficiency is mandatory (typing and spreadsheets).
  • Must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit in Class 10, Class 12, or Graduation (B.A./M.A.).
  • If not studied earlier, candidates must pass the Hindi Language exam (Matriculation level) during probation, failing which the appointment will be cancelled.
  • All qualifications should be completed by 05 May 2025.
