Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited (OHPC) has announced recruitment for the positions of Junior Manager (Electrical) and Junior Manager (Finance).

OHPC RECRUITMENT 2025 OVERVIEW

OHPC is seeking qualified individuals to fill the Junior Manager positions in Electrical and Finance disciplines. The selection process will include a Written Test and an Interview. According to the official notification, there are 06 vacancies available for these roles.

Candidates applying for Junior Manager (Electrical) must have Matric with ITI in Electrician/Wireman/Lineman Trade, along with 10 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above and a Supervisor Certificate of Competency from ELBO, Odisha/NPC, Govt. of India.

For Junior Manager (Finance), eligibility criteria include:

• Matriculate with 15 years of experience in NE-5 & above OR
• Graduate with 10 years of experience in NE-5 & above OR
• Graduate with P.G. Degree/Diploma in Commerce with 08 years of experience in NE-5 & above OR
• CA (Inter)/ ICWAI (Inter) with 08 years of experience in NE-5 & above

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary between Rs. 44,900 and Rs. 1,42,400 as per the official notification.

For Junior Manager (Electrical):

SELECTION PROCESS

As per the OHPC Recruitment 2025 notification, the selection procedure will involve:

• Scrutiny of applications, after which eligible candidates will receive admit cards.
• A Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held in Bhubaneswar.
• The CBT will carry 100 marks and last 150 minutes.
  • 80 questions will be based on subject knowledge in the relevant trade/discipline.
  • 20 questions will be related to General Awareness of Hydro Power Plants and OHPC core business activities.
  • Negative marking: 0.20 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a final interview.
