The National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC) has released its latest recruitment notification for Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, Junior Executive (Official Language – Hindi Translator cum Typist), and Junior Executive (Finance).

There are 04 vacancies available for eligible candidates who meet the required qualifications. Indian nationals can apply for these posts, and selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India based on the organization’s requirements.

Applicants belonging to the Unreserved Category (UR) need to pay an application fee of ₹600 (exclusive of GST) for Assistant General Manager and ₹200 (exclusive of GST) for Junior Executive (OL) and Finance. However, SC/PwBD candidates and internal applicants are exempted from the application fee.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Assistant General Manager (Corporate Services)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with minimum 50% marks and ICSI membership.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at the middle managerial level.
• Desirable: CA/ICWA/LLB qualifications.

Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)

• Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with minimum 50% marks and CA/ICWA certification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the finance sector at a supervisory level.

Junior Executive (Official Language – Hindi Translator cum Typist)

• Qualification: Postgraduate in Hindi with English as a subject OR Postgraduate in any subject with Hindi as the main subject and English as an elective.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in translation, journalism, or government administration.
• Desirable: Hindi typing skills, knowledge of computer applications, and experience with MS Office.

Junior Executive (Finance)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
• Desirable: CA/ICWA, MBA (Finance), and knowledge of Tally/Accounting software.

SALARY DETAILS

Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary as per the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale:

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process for each post varies:

1. Assistant General Manager & Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts):
   • Screening of applications.
   • Personal interview (Minimum qualifying marks: 50%).
2. Junior Executive (Official Language – Hindi Translator cum Typist):
   • Online written test followed by a Skill Test (qualifying in nature).
3. Junior Executive (Finance):
   • Selection based on online written test in order of merit.
