Pay Scale

The selected candidates will receive a fixed remuneration per month as follows:

1. Senior Manager: 70000 – 200000
2. Officer: 30000 – 120000
3. Management Trainee: 50000 – 160000
4. Technician: 23350 – 115000
5. Craftsman: 21650 – 85000
6. Rigger Assistant: 18750 – 59000

Age Limit / Age Relaxation

The age limit and relaxation details are provided in the table below:

Age relaxation is applicable for OBC, SC & ST candidates. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST & 3 years relaxation for OBC (NCL).

Educational Qualification

Educational qualifications and experience required for each post are given below:

1. Senior Manager (Mechanical): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 9 years experience.
2. Senior Manager (Marketing): Post Graduate Degree in the relevant Discipline.
3. Officer (Sales): B.Sc. in Agriculture.
4. Management Trainee (Chemical): B.E/B.Tech.
5. Management Trainee (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech.
6. Management Trainee (Instrumentation): B.E/B.Tech.
7. Management Trainee (Marketing): Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in the relevant Discipline.
8. Management Trainee (Finance): CA / CMA / ICWAI.
9. Technician (Process): B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering with 2 years of experience.
10. Craftsman (Instrumentation): 10th passed with National Trade Certificate & 2 years of experience.
11. Rigger Assistant: 10th pass with 5 years of experience.

Selection Process

The selection process involves various stages depending on the post:

• Post 1 & 2: Personal Interview
• Post 3 & 4: Online Test and Personal Interview
• Post 5 to 14: Online Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview
• Post 15: Online Test
• Post 16: Online Test & Skill Test
• Post Code 17: Practical Test

Candidates belonging to the General / OBC (NCL) / EWS category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee through online mode. SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Serviceman candidates are exempt from the application fee.
