Age Limit (as on 01/01/2024):

To be eligible for the Assistant Loco Pilot / Technician / Junior Engineer / Train Manager posts, candidates must fulfill the following age limit as of 01/01/2024:

• Assistant Loco Pilot / Technician / Junior Engineer / Train Manager: 18 to 42 Years

Age Relaxation:

There is relaxation in the upper age limit for SC / ST / OBC candidates. The details are as follows:

• SC / ST: 47 Years
• OBC: 45 Years

Educational Qualification:

The required educational qualifications for each post are as follows:

1. Assistant Loco Pilot:
   • Candidates must have passed 10th and ITI in specified trades or
   • Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above.
   • Diploma in a relevant discipline. B.E/B.Tech is also acceptable in lieu of Diploma in Engineering.
2. Technician:
   • Candidates must have passed 10th and ITI in specified trades. OR
   • Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above.
3. Junior Engineer:
   • Candidates must have completed Diploma in a relevant discipline.
4. Train Manager:
   • Candidates should have completed a Graduate Degree from a Recognized University or its equivalent recognized by Govt. Of India.

Selection Process:

The selection process will involve the following stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Document Verification / Medical Examination
