• Attach Xerox of admit card, mark sheet and certificates, if available.
• Go to the divisional office of your respective school.
• Submit the form.
• Pay the fee.
• You will get the certificate.

Guidelines for obtaining duplicate certificate:

• Applicants should use separate forms for each duplicate certificate. Typed/photostat application form can be used.
• All payments will be made in favor of Secretary, BSEB, payable at Patna and the mode of payment will be IPO/Bank Draft only.
• The duplicate copy or further copy of the duplicate certificate will not be issued unless the Controller of Examinations is satisfied by some documentary evidence that the duplicate copy has also been lost/destroyed.
• The fees prescribed for various duplicate certificates are as follows.
• Migration Certificate is issued only to those candidates who have passed the board examinations or who have been compartmented, to enable them to seek admission for further studies.
