Age limit for District and Sessions Court Recruitment

The minimum age for applicants for recruitment to various posts in the District and Sessions Court has been kept at 18 years and the maximum age has been kept at 40 years.

Age will be calculated considering January 1, 2024 as the base.

According to government rules, applicants from reserved categories will also be given the provision of special relaxation in age limit.

Therefore, the candidate must attach the mark sheet or date of birth certificate of any board class with the application to prove the age limit.

District and Sessions Court LDC Recruitment Application Fee

For the applicants applying for recruitment to various posts in the District and Sessions Court, the application fee has been kept different according to the category.

For applicants for Group B posts:-

• For General OBC:- ₹800
• For SC ST:- Rs 600
• PWD:- ₹320

For Process Server and Group C posts:-

• UR OBC:- ₹700
• Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe:- Rs 500
• PWD:- ₹280

For Group D Posts:-

• ₹400 for General OBC SC ST category
• Rs 160 for PWD

New Recruitment Educational Qualification in District and Session Court

For the applicants for recruitment to various posts in the District and Sessions Court, it has been separated only according to the qualification.

The educational qualification for applicants for Group D posts has been kept as 8th pass.

The educational qualification for applicants for LDC posts has been kept as secondary education pass.
