Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 42 years old.
2. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Diploma in Veterinary Science.

Exam Pattern

The Computer-based Test comprises two parts:

• Part A: General Studies and Mental Ability (50 questions, 50 marks, 50 minutes)
• Part B: Subject Related to Animal Husbandry (100 questions, 100 marks, 100 minutes)

The total duration of the exam is 150 minutes, and there is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer.

Salary

For the Animal Husbandry Assistant position, the pay scale ranges from Rs. 22,460 to Rs. 72,810 per month. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 15,000 per month for the initial 2 years, and upon successful completion of the probationary period, they will be entitled to a regular scale of pay.
