SBI Recruitment 2025: Salary Structure

Candidates selected for the FLC Directors and FLC Counsellor positions will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 50,000.

The Manager Retail Products role follows a structured pay scale: Rs. (85920-2680/ 5-99320-2980/2-105280).

SBI Recruitment 2025: Qualification and Experience Requirements

Manager Retail Products

• MBA/PGDM/PGPM/MMS from a recognized institute (approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC).
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in an Executive/Supervisory/Managerial role in Scheduled Commercial Banks in Retail Banking.
• Preferred: At least 2 years experience in Product Development within Retail Banking.

FLC Counsellors

• Retired officers from SBI, e-ABs, other PSBs, or RRBs (Scale I to SMGS IV).
• In case of unavailability of officers, retired clerical staff from SBI/e-ABs may also be considered.
• Proficiency in local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Must own a smartphone.

FLC Directors

• Retired officers from SBI, e-ABs, other PSBs, or RRBs (Scale III and IV).
• Proficiency in local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Must own a smartphone.

• General/EWS/OBC: Rs. 750/- (Non-refundable).
