RRC SER GDCE Eligibility Criteria 2024

For the post of Assistant Loco Pilot, candidates must have passed Matriculation/ SSLC and possess ITI certificate from recognized institutes of NCVT/ SCVT in Armature and Coil Warder, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Heat Engine, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist or other related trades. Alternatively, candidates can possess 3-year Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute.

For the post of Train Manager (Goods Guard), candidates must possess a degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.

The pay structure for the Assistant Loco Pilot post includes a pay scale of Rs 5200 – 20,200 with a Grade Pay (GP) of 1900 at level 2 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC). The salary of Train Manager (Goods Guard) is in the same pay scale but with a higher Grade Pay (GP) of 2800 at level-5 of the 7th CPC.
