RITES Recruitment 2025 for Resident Engineer and Technician

RITES Limited is seeking eligible candidates for the posts of Resident Engineer and Technician. A total of 14 vacancies have been announced. Candidates applying for the Resident Engineer position must hold a full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering. Those applying for the Technician role must have a full-time BSc degree in Physics or Chemistry. The maximum age limit for these positions is 40 years.

The recruitment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

According to the official notification, the selected candidates will receive an annual CTC of up to Rs. 3,89,906. The selection process will involve a written examination scheduled for March 23, 2025, at various centers, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bhilai.

The application fee is Rs. 300 plus applicable taxes for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 100 plus applicable taxes. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

For Resident Engineer:

• Full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Construction/Fabrication projects or related fields.

For Technician:

• Full-time BSc degree in Physics or Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Spectro and material testing at a laboratory or equivalent fields, such as resin-coated silica sand, slag analysis, mechanical properties testing, etc.
• Candidates with a degree in the specified engineering disciplines are also eligible to apply for the Resident Engineer post.

ANNUAL CTC

The selected candidates will receive the following salary structure:

TENURE

Appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.

PLACE OF POSTING

For Technician:

• Candidates may be posted anywhere in Bihar or across India, as per company requirements.

For Resident Engineer:

• Candidates may be posted anywhere in the northeastern region of India or across India, as per company requirements.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection will be based on a written test to be conducted at designated centers, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bhilai. The exam is tentatively scheduled for March 23, 2025.
