A proposal has been issued by the Home Department for new recruitment to Rajasthan Police Constable posts

A proposal for new recruitment for a total of 500 posts was issued by the government in the budget.

But the number of posts has been increased to 9000 by the Home Department. Now the Home Department has sent a proposal to the Finance Department for new vacancies on a total of 9000 posts.

Whose notification can be issued by the last week of next month.

Notification for the new vacancy will be issued soon after the proposal is approved by the Finance Department.

How many vacancies will be filled where

3 battalions were announced by the Chief Minister in the budget which will require 3000 posts from commandant to constable.

Keeping women's safety in mind, the government has reserved 2000 posts for women police personnel.

The same 4000 posts will be filled wherever needed in new police stations, outposts and offices.

To fill all these posts, application forms will be invited through online medium by issuing notification.
