The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is seeking applications from experienced retired ONGC personnel from the Production and Drilling disciplines for the positions of Junior Consultant (E1 to E3 level) and Associate Consultant (E4 and E5). There are a total of 54 vacancies available for these roles.

The selected candidates will receive the following monthly remuneration:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ONGC RECRUITMENT 2025

Applicants must be retired ONGC executives who previously served at:

• E1 to E3 levels for Junior Consultant positions
• E4 to E5 levels for Associate Consultant positions
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in workover/drilling field operations.

TENURE OF ENGAGEMENT

The appointment will be on a contractual basis for two years from the date of joining or until the candidate reaches 65 years of age, whichever is earlier. The engagement is subject to medical fitness as per Mines Rules 1955.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR ONGC RECRUITMENT 2025

Eligible candidates will be selected through a written test and/or personal interview/interaction conducted by the selection committee.
