The National Fertilizer Limited (NFL) is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager (Marketing). There are 02 vacancies for this position. Selected candidates will receive an annual CTC of Rs.33.52 Lakh and may be posted at any NFL units, offices, or joint ventures across India as per management’s discretion. The age criteria for applicants range from 18 to 50 years. Additionally, candidates must have at least 22 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Candidates should hold a full-time MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM in a relevant discipline. The application fee is Rs.1000 for General, OBC, and EWS categories, while SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ExSM/ Departmental candidates are exempted. AGE LIMIT

• Minimum Age: 18 years

ANNUAL CTC

• Selected candidates will receive an annual CTC of Rs.33.52 Lakh.
• Apart from the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance/Company Accommodation, and other benefits such as leave, medical facilities, contributory provident fund, gratuity, accident insurance, etc., as per NFL policies.
• Medical Officers will also receive a Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) of 20% of Basic Pay.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications from a recognized university/institute:

• Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates) in MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM in disciplines like Marketing, Agribusiness, Rural Management, International Business, Agriculture & Food Business, Foreign Trade, etc.
• B.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates) along with M.Sc. (Agriculture) in any specialization.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 22 years of post-qualification experience in sales and marketing of agri-inputs such as fertilizers, seeds, organic fertilizers, agrochemicals, etc.
• Experience in International Marketing/Fertilizer Imports is also considered.
