MAHAGENCO RECRUITMENT 2025: VACANCY DETAILS

MAHAGENCO is inviting applications for a total of 40 vacancies in security-related roles. Eligible candidates will be recruited with salaries based on Pay Grade I, II, and III. The maximum age limit is 40 years for post code HR01 and 38 years for post codes HR02, HR03, and HR04. Selection will be based on an Assessment Centre Test, Online Test, or Personal Interview, depending on the number of applicants.

• Open category candidates: As per standard limit
• Ex-Servicemen: 45 years maximum age
• MAHAGENCO departmental employees: Up to 57 years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Sr. Manager (Security)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Technical / Law / Personnel Management degree preferred).
• Experience: Must be a serving or ex-service officer from Army/Navy/Air Force at the rank of Subedar-Major or above, or equivalent experience in security/vigilance roles.

Dy. Sr. Manager (Security)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Technical / Law / Personnel Management degree preferred).
• Experience: Candidates should be serving or ex-service officers from Army/Navy/Air Force at the rank of Naib Subedar, or equivalent experience in police or paramilitary services.

Dy. Manager (Security)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Technical / Law / Personnel Management degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 5 years of service in security, police, or paramilitary forces at the rank of Head Constable or equivalent.

Jr. Officer (Security)

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of Marathi is required.
• No prior experience necessary.

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates will be selected based on:

• Sr. Manager (Security): Assessment Centre Test (including case studies, group discussions, and interviews).
• Dy. Sr. Manager (Security) & Dy. Manager (Security): Online test followed by document verification and an interview.
• Jr. Officer (Security): Online test, followed by a Physical Efficiency Test and Psychometric Test.

Physical Efficiency Test for Jr. Officer (Security)

Shortlisted candidates will undergo:

• Medical fitness evaluation (certificate from a medical practitioner required).
• Physical tests at candidate’s own risk.
