Other Key Details

In its official statement, the NTA mentioned that efforts are underway to expand the number of exam cities to make the test more accessible to students across the country. The agency is also focusing on improving facilities for PwD/PwBD candidates to ensure a smoother exam experience.

The NTA further stated that it will fetch candidate details such as name, date of birth, gender, photograph, and address from the UIDAI database through Aadhaar authentication. However, since the parents’ or guardians’ names are not recorded in Aadhaar, candidates will need to enter those details manually in the application form.

In cases where there is a discrepancy between the name on the Aadhaar Card and the Class 10 certificate, applicants will have an opportunity to resolve the mismatch during the registration process itself.
