QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Management Trainee – Digital Technology Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks OR 60% marks in Graduation and MCA. Management Trainee – Research and Analysis Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Economics with a minimum of 60% marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation. Management Trainee – Rajbhasha Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject at the degree level OR Master’s in English with Hindi as a compulsory subject. Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Deputy Manager – Legal Educational Qualification: LLB degree with at least 60% marks. Candidates with one year of legal experience will be preferred. Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer) Educational Qualification: Associate Membership (ACS) of ICSI and Graduation with at least 60% marks. Additional qualifications like MBA/LLB will be preferred. Experience: Candidates with one year of post-qualification experience in compliance roles will be given preference.
