Age Limit for India Coast Guard Vacancy

The minimum age for applicants for recruitment to the posts of Sailor and Mechanic in the Indian Coast Guard is 18 years and the maximum age is 22 years.

That is, the date of birth of the candidate should be between 1 March 2003 to 28 February 2007.

Candidates should attach mark sheet of any board class or date of birth certificate with the application to prove age limit.

Application Fee for India Coast Guard Vacancy

The application fee for General OBC and EWS applicants for this recruitment has been kept at ₹300.

Whereas the application has been kept free for SC ST category applicants.

Educational Qualification and Selection Process for India Coast Guard Vacancy

Applicants applying for the post of Sailor in Indian Coast Guard should have passed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics Science subjects from a recognized institute.

Whereas applicants for mechanical posts must have passed Diploma in the relevant field.

The candidates for this recruitment will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test, Physical Exam, Adaptability Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.
