The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is seeking interested and eligible candidates for the positions of Finance Officer-Company Secretary and Finance Officer-IICA. Finance Officer (Company Secretary)– Associate Membership of ICS. – 8 years of experience after educational requirements. – Exceptional knowledge of Company (and related) Law and its application, including Secretarial Standards; a solid understanding of applicable laws to a company in order to report to the Board on a regular basis; excellent communication skills; specialization in drafting with the ability to understand and convey the content succinctly; and current knowledge of new developments in the areas of work of a CS. – Experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies with a similar work profile. – Keenness in learning, readiness to meet work exigencies without hesitation, commitment to work, professionalism in approach, and the capability to handle all the work independently expected of a Company Secretary.
Finance Officer– Experience in government, PSUs, or autonomous organizations with comparable job profiles. – Previous experience in managing academic institutions, finances, human resources, or corporate affairs.

Tenure for IICA Recruitment 2024:
