• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Qualifications and Experience for IBTRD Recruitment 2025

Faculty

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Science, Commerce, Arts). Preference given to MSW/MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri. Marketing) or B.A. with B.Ed.
• Skills: Teaching aptitude, computer proficiency, fluency in the local language (English and Hindi preferred), typing skills in local language (Hindi/English is an advantage).
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching preferred.

Office Assistant

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
• Skills: Basic accounting, fluency in the local language, proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), Tally, and Internet. English typing skills are required.
• Experience: Prior experience as an Office Assistant preferred.

Watchman/Gardener

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 7th Standard pass.
• Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture.
• Skills: Ability to read and write the local language.

Other Benefits

• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 2500/- (Faculty), Rs. 2000/- (Office Assistant), Rs. 800/- (Watchman/Gardener)
• Mobile Allowance: Rs. 300/- per month
• EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules
• Contract renewal subject to satisfactory performance up to 60 years of age

Tenure for IBTRD Recruitment 2025

The appointment will be on a contract basis for three years, with an annual review and renewal option.
