• The pay scale of ESIC UDC is Level-4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian Employee)
• With an entry pay of Rs 25,500,
• and Pay Band Rs 5,200-20,200
• As per 7th Central Pay Commission with Grade Pay of Rs 2,800
