Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• Must be proficient in Bengali or the local dialect.

• Knowledge of MS Office and Internet operations is desirable.

Stream 1: B.Sc Nursing with Integrated BPCCHN (Passed 2021 or later)

• Degree must be from a WBNC-recognized institution.

• Valid registration or provisional certificate from WBNC is mandatory.

• Selected candidates will join directly as CHOs.

Stream 2: GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc Nursing (Completed before 2021)

• Qualification must be from an institution recognized by WBNC.

• WBNC registration compulsory.

• Candidates must undergo CPHC training.

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during training.

• A service bond must be signed; early discontinuation involves a ₹2 lakh penalty.

Stream 3: BAMS

• Must hold a BAMS degree from a recognized university.

• Registration or provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parisad required.

• Must undergo CPHC training under the same terms as Stream-2.

Salary and Stipend

• CHO Salary: ₹20,000 per month

• PLI (Performance Linked Incentive): Up to ₹5,000 per month

• Training Stipend (CPHC): ₹10,000 monthly for Stream-2 and Stream-3 candidates
