AGE LIMIT

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Office Assistant

• Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com. with computer proficiency.
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Tally, and the Internet.
• Fluency in local language is mandatory; fluency in Hindi/English is an advantage.
• Typing skills in the local language are essential.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a resident of the same or nearby district.

Watchman/Gardener

• Must have passed the 7th standard.
• Experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture preferred.

• Must be a resident of the same or nearby district.

Counselor FLCC

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.

Desirable Experience:

• Officers with a background in rural development such as Agriculture Finance Officers, Lead District Managers, and Faculty members specializing in Rural Development will be preferred.
• Must have retired under VRS or superannuation with at least 20 years of service, including 15 years in Officer Cadre.
• Should have served 3 years as a Branch Manager in a rural branch or as an Agriculture Finance Officer.
• Must have a clean service record.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Must have retired at Scale-II level or above.
• Must be a resident of the same state, preferably the same or nearby district.

TENURE OF EMPLOYMENT

The contract will be subject to an annual review and renewal, at the sole discretion of the bank.
