Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates aspiring for promotion to the Assistant Manager position must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Graduates with JAIIB/CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, with a minimum of 2 years of continuous service in the Bank from the date of probation in the Clerical Cadre.
  2. Graduates without JAIIB/CAIIB, with a minimum of 3 years of continuous service in the Bank from the date of probation in the Clerical Cadre.
  3. Candidates should not have been debarred for appearing in promotion under this channel as per the relevant policy clause.
  4. The relevant date for determining eligibility, except for Educational/Professional Qualifications, is 1st April of the Financial year for which the process is initiated.
