• Graduate Degree in any field (Science, Commerce, Arts) / Post Graduate.
• Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications like MSW, MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, or B.Sc. in Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, or Agri. Marketing.
• A flair for teaching, sound computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills in the local language are required. Fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Typing skills in the local language are essential; knowledge of Hindi/English typing will be an added advantage.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.

Office Assistant

• A Graduate degree (BSW, BA, B.Com.) with computer knowledge is required.
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Fluency in the local language (spoken and written) is necessary.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally, and internet skills is required.
• Typing skills in the local language are essential; English typing is an added advantage.

Salary for BOB Recruitment 2025:

The salary for the selected candidates is as follows:

In-House Faculty:

• Consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000 per month.
• Annual performance incentive of Rs. 2,000, based on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 2,500 per month.
• Mobile allowance: Rs. 300 per month.
• EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules.

Office Assistant:

• Consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000 per month.
• Annual performance incentive of Rs. 1,500, based on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 2,000 per month.
• Mobile allowance: Rs. 300 per month.
• EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules.

Selection Process for BOB Recruitment 2025:

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Written Test: To assess general knowledge and computer capability.
2. Personal Interview: To evaluate communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, and compatibility with trainees.
3. Demonstration / Presentation: To assess teaching skills and communication capabilities.
