A new course is being started for them by the government from 2025.

2 year and 4 year B.Ed courses will be completely closed and along with this D.El.Ed course will also be closed.

Now from next year, candidates will not be able to do 2 year B.Ed course.

The government is changing the education policy to improve the quality of higher education.

Keeping in mind the new education policy, changes are being made in the B.Ed course by the National Council for Teacher Education.

Preparations are currently underway across the country to make changes in the minimum qualifications for teacher recruitment.

According to the final concept of the Ministry of Education, by 2030, work will be done to develop multidisciplinary institutions in all the states on the basis of the standards of University Grants Commission.

ITP new course started in place of B.Ed

The degree of B.Ed. course for 2 years in special subject after graduation will continue to be recognized.

After NCERT discontinued the 2-year special B.Ed. course, it has been decided to discontinue the 4-year B.Ed. course as well.

Now in its place, a new course of 4 year B.Ed ITP will have to be done.

This new 4 year course has been started by the government.

For which admission is currently started.

This year the admission process has been started in only a few colleges.

Next year it will be implemented simultaneously across the country.
