Bank of Maharashtra has announced openings for Officers in Scale III, IV, V, VI, and VII, primarily for roles at the IFSC Banking Unit (IBU). The total number of vacancies is 20.

Required Qualifications and Experience

General Manager – IBU

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBF (Finance/Banking/International Business) or CA.
• Preferred: CFA (USA), FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA).
• Experience: 15 years in Public/Private/Foreign Banks, with at least 5 years in Global Trade Business (GTB) or Offshore Banking Units.
• Desirable: Forex experience in foreign banks & IFSC Banking Units.

Deputy General Manager – IBU

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBF (Finance/Banking/International Business) or CA.
• Preferred: CFA (USA), FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA).
• Experience: 12 years in Public/Private/Foreign Banks, with at least 5 years in Global Trade Business or Offshore Banking Units.
• Desirable: Exposure to forex business in foreign banks & IFSC Banking Units.

Assistant General Manager – Treasury

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBF (Finance/Banking/International Business) or CA or CFA.
• Professional Certifications: CTP, CFM, CITF, CDCS.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking, with at least 5 years in Treasury operations.
• Desirable: Forex business experience in foreign banks & IFSC Banking Units.

Salary Structure

Employees will also receive DA, HRA, CCA, medical benefits, and other allowances as per government norms.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on personal interview/discussion. The selection process includes:

• Interview evaluation with a total of 100 marks.
• Minimum passing marks: 50 (45 for SC/ST/PwBD).
• If multiple candidates score the same, selection will be based on age preference (older candidates ranked higher).
