Educational Qualification:

• Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: 10th Standard with an original valid HMV Driving License.
• Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive / Duty Officer: Graduation or Post-Graduation with relevant work experience.
• Deputy Manager: Graduate Degree or Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering / MBA with relevant work experience.
• Ramp Service Executive: Diploma or ITI in the relevant discipline with an HMV license.
• Junior Officer: B.E/B.Tech degree.

Selection Process:

The selection process includes an interview, trade test (for Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver/Ramp Service Executive), and document verification.
