UKPSC JE Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

Nationality

To be eligible for the recruitment, candidates must satisfy one of the following nationality criteria:

  1. A citizen of India.
  2. A Tibetan refugee who migrated to India and settled permanently before 1st January 1962.
  3. An Indian origin migrant from Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Pakistan, Burma.

Age Limit

  • The minimum age limit for the Rural Works Department and Panchayati Raj Department is 18 years, and for other departments, it is 21 years.
  • The maximum age limit for all the departments is 43 years.

Age relaxation criteria for Uttarakhand domiciles:

  • SC/ST/OBC: 5 years
  • Dependants of Freedom Fighters: 5 years
  • PWD: 10 years
