Rajasthan REET Notification 2025: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has officially announced the REET Mains Notification 2025 for the recruitment of 7759 Primary and Upper Primary Level teachers. The online registration process begins on November 6, 2025, and will remain open until December 6, 2025. Candidates who qualify for this eligibility test will be considered for teaching positions across government schools in Rajasthan.

REET Eligibility Criteria 2025

REET is conducted for two levels — Level 1 (Primary Teacher Classes I–V) and Level 2 (Upper Primary Teacher Classes VI–VIII). The eligibility requirements are as follows:

For Level 1 (Primary Classes 1–5):

• Senior Secondary (10+2) with minimum 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR

• Senior Secondary with 45% marks and D.El.Ed as per NCTE norms 2002

• Senior Secondary with 50% marks and B.El.Ed (4-year) OR

• Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed

For Level 2 (Upper Primary Classes 6–8):

• Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed OR

• Graduation with B.Ed as per NCTE guidelines OR

• Senior Secondary with 50% marks and B.El.Ed (4-year course)

• Shastri/Varishtha Upadhyaya with required percentage and Diploma in Elementary Education are also acceptable for Sanskrit subject teachers.

Candidates who qualify the examination will receive a lifetime-validity REET eligibility certificate.

1. Visit the official portal at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/

2. Register using your name, parents’ details, mobile number, and exam level selection

3. Login and fill in the application form carefully

4. Upload required documents such as photograph and signature

5. Pay the application fee via bank/online payment/E-Mitra

6. Submit and take a printout of the confirmation page
